I am currently a Software Engineer and Director at Botticelli Consulting Limited
based in Cambridge, England. We specialise in providing expert consultancy services in computer graphics, computer vision and image
processing, as well as (assist in) specify, design, implement and test custom software for any company that requires it.
I was a Software Development Engineer (SDE) with
Microsoft Research Cambridge, from 2005 to 2007, where I worked on projects in computer vision and
machine learning. A lot of cool stuff is going on behind the (glass) doors of this particular lab..!
Before that, I worked in the computer games industry for nearly 6 years, developing games
for the PC, Xbox, PS2, and PSP.
I absolutely love mathematics and problem
solving. I am a mathematician by training.
Another long-term hobby of mine is investing in the stock market. No, I don't mean trading, I mean
acquiring part-ownership in a great business for a cheap price. My heroes are
Benjamin Graham,
Warren Buffett, and
Peter Lynch.

When I'm not busy breaking my brains, I like playing the guitar (blues, rock, and a wee bit of jazz). I have several guitars, 2
